Australia Post eParcel (2 – 12 Business days): Depending on the size and weight of your item(s) we use Australia Post who will send tracking update notifications once they have accepted the delivery. If you're not home for your delivery Australia Post will send you a notification with an alternate delivery point which is usually your nearest post office or an Australia Post collection hub.

Australia Post Express eParcel (1 – 2 Business days): Depending on the size and type of item you may be able to choose Express Delivery within the checkout. If you choose Express Delivery, you’ll receive tracking notifications from our delivery partner once they have picked up your item(s) for delivery.

WARRANTY AT GROUCHY & CO
The Information You Need to Know
Grouchy & Co warrants that our products are free of defects in materials or workmanship and any mechanical or electrical faults. All products shall conform to specifications at the time of shipment for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase.
During the warranty period, any faulty products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at Grouchy & Co on a return-to-base basis. This warranty covers defects that Grouchy & Co determines are not the fault of the user within 30 days.
If your purchase is faulty, please contact our customer service team to obtain approval for a return. Items must be packed carefully and properly to avoid physical damage in transit. The warranty will not be honoured if the product is not properly and carefully packed and arrives with physical damage due to transport. Once carefully packed, send the product to Grouchy & Co with postage charges paid.
