We use a professional Japanese engineered disc repair machine with flat polishing technology.
We repair any disc based media (CD, DVD, and Blu-ray discs) such as music CDs, movies, and video games (Please see more details below about Blu-ray).
Video games including but not limited to PlayStation PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Wii, Wii U, Sega CD, Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast, XBOX OG, XBOX 360, XBOX One, XBOX Series S/X, Neo Geo CD, PC Engine and Nintendo Gamecube.
Postage
We recommend you send in the discs on their own without the cases. Packaged in a soft disc case, spindle case, paper sleeve or tightly wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a small box. Use tracked postage with insurance if your games are valuable.
Who pays for postage?
- You organise postage and ship your discs in.
- We calculate the return postage at checkout and this is how we get it back to you.
How does the process work?
- Buy this repair service (return shipping is calculated at checkout).
- Print our address from the "Print Address" button on screen.
- Post in your discs.
- We repair your discs.
- We post your discs back to you with the prepaid shipping costs from checkout.
Important things to note and what we can not fix
- Most repairs only take minutes, but some do require more work.
- Our machine's are amazing however, it can’t perform miracles and some discs just can’t be brought back from the dead.
- Very deep scratches.
- Laserdiscs (oversized disc) are not compatible to the machine we own.
- Layer separation, cracks or splits in the disc.
- Pinhole, scratches or foil damage on label side disc
- Disc rot, water, heat, warping, dents or chips on the disc
- Blu-ray, Wii u, Xbox one, PS5, PS4 repairs on these formats are harder to do as the data on the disc lies closer to the surface deep scratches are unlikely to be successfully removed.
